The client came to us with a critical issue: a growing backlog of insurance benefit verifications was stalling patient processing and revenue. We acted immediately.  

We restructured workloads, launched targeted training, brought in after-hours support, and set daily performance checkpoints. 

In under two weeks, the backlog was gone. Accuracy stayed above 99%, turnaround times improved, and cash flows stabilized. 

For ABA and pharmacy clients juggling real-time verifications and auths, this proved one thing: with the right team, no backlog is too big.

Our Senior AP Specialist uncovered a major issue: most outpatient claims sent to the client’s 97 nursing homes were either billed incorrectly or shouldn’t have been billed at all. 

We flagged it quickly and proposed a solution, a new role: Outpatient Claim Auditor. This role reviewed all claims before they hit the nursing homes. 

In just 9 months, this saved the client over $5 million. 

Impressed by the results, the client expanded the role into a full department, setting the stage for even greater savings ahead.
