Kristina is a seasoned financial manager with expertise in business process management, audit, and financial reporting. She developed the blueprint for Pharmbills new financial system and operational improvements. In addition, she oversees the treasury, reporting, budgeting, and finance management functions.

Manager, Operations

Iryna’s operations management focuses on streamlining processes to increase productivity. In addition, she audits current needs and forecasts future requirements to ensures that Pharmbills is well positioned to pursue its strategic growth ambitions. She also oversees operational policies, procedures, and legal compliance.

Olga is HR executive with over 15 years of expertise in building and implementing HR strategy, processes in all HR-related spheres – budgeting, compensation and benefits, adaptation, personnel evaluation, training and development, succession planning, personnel engagement, organizational development – all to attract and retain talent.
